Cancellation before the product is shipped:
If you’d like to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please send a cancellation request with your order ID via WhatsApp to 7065366427 or email us at support@funmart.in. Once we receive your request, we will cancel your order and promptly initiate a full refund.
Cancellation after the product is shipped from our side:
If your order has already been shipped and you wish to cancel it, simply refuse to accept the package when it arrives. The order will be automatically cancelled, and a full refund will be initiated. Refunds are typically reflected in your bank account within 2-5 days after the order is cancelled.
Return policy:
All our products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is damaged or not functioning properly.
- You received the wrong product or parts are missing.
- The item stopped working under normal use.
